Nordicbiljett.com is a company that sells event tickets both in the first and second hand. There is always another name on the second-hand tickets. We at Nordicbiljett have the ambition to always provide high service to our customers, and therefore we work according to the following terms of purchase.

1.Purchase

1.1 The following terms and conditions apply to all purchases at www.nordicbiljett.com upon payment or confirmation of purchase, you include a customer agreement with Nordicbiljett where you agree to these terms and conditions. Nordicbiljett reserves the right to seek all legal remedies in order to claim any breach of these terms.

1.2 Nordicbiljett is not liable for, or replacing, damage caused by malfunctions, delays, interruptions or other technical circumstances that make it impossible or impeded to the Customer's use of the Service.

1.3 Nordicbiljett accepts the right to cancel an order without prior notice by a customer who has not provided complete and correct information about himself.

1.4 Nordicbiljett is an independent party that deals with tickets in the secondary market and should not be confused with organizers or first-time party. The prices offered through www.nordicbiljett.com are reflected in the market value, which means that prices are based on supply and demand. The price may be higher than "face value", which is the price printed on the ticket. The price paid by the customer to Nordicbiljett consists largely of the cost and effort required to arrange so-called hard-to-reach tickets to the customer. 1.5 The customer undertakes to complete purchase at www.nordicbiljett.com. All orders are binding regardless of whether payment has been made or not. In the event of non-payment, Nordicbiljett is entitled to charge the customer fully for ordered tickets. Bought ticket is not redeemed. The distance contract law's rules on cancellation rights do not apply to cultural or sporting events, nor for commencement of services or products with best-before date. Lost tickets are not replaced.

1.6 Order Warranty

•All tickets delivered through Nordicbiljett have as promised generated entry to the intended events.

• All tickets sold by Nordicbiljett are delivered on time or can be collected according to information and conditions. • Should Nordicbiljett for some reason not deliver tickets in accordance with the above terms, Nordicbiljett will refund the paid deposit and / or payment for non-delivered tickets, subject to our terms and conditions at www.nordicbiljett.com/terms

1.7 You must be 18 years to order from our website www.nordicbiljett.com

1.8 When buying an invalid ticket, the total amount is refunded to the buyer. We are entitled to give the customer equal tickets if we do not have a specified section left on sale, this is based on the ticket purchase first, i.e. we have the right to deliver tickets that are equally expensive on another section.

2. Events

Nordicbiljett is an independent party in the secondary market and is not to be confused with organizers or first-time players. Nordicbiljett acts as an intermediary and is not in any way responsible for the quality, content or implementation of the event. All questions or claims due to the events and its implementation must be directed to the current venue or organizer.

2.2 Changed time or location In case of changes to the event's time, date or place, the purchased ticket is valid as entry to the moved event. Nordicbiljett always tries to notify the company's customers when changes occur, but it is always the customer's own responsibility to make sure that time and date are correct, as well as changes to the venue or organizer.

2.3 Cancelled event

The customer is responsible for checking that the event is not cancelled. Nordicbiljett has no influence over the implementation of the arrangement and does not compensate for damage as a result of an event being cancelled. At canceled events, the customer has the right to redeem purchased tickets from Nordicbiljett upon receipt of a gift card which corresponds to 100% of the amount paid, however minus the delivery fee (SEK 95).

 

2.4 First-hand Tickets

The customer is responsible for checking that the event is not cancelled. Nordicbiljett has no influence over the implementation of the arrangement and does not compensate for damage as a result of an event being cancelled, if events are cancelled. In the event of a refund, an amount is paid by the organizer, but not service and distribution fees.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Payment with Payson Payment is easy and safe with Payson. Even if you do not have a Payson account since beforehand, you can quickly do the transaction via Payson. Payson collaborates with VISA, MasterCard and all Swedish banks offering direct payments, Swedbank, Handelsbanken, SEB and Nordea.

4. Delivery

4.1 Delivery by Mail / E-mail

Delivery is by registered letter to the specified address or e-mailed to the specified E-mail address unless otherwise stated. For any changes regarding the delivery, contact Customer Service at info@nordicbiljett.com. Delivery of ordered or purchased tickets is usually done 24h-14 days. but in some cases it may take a few weeks, however, we reserve the right to deliver the tickets as late as on the concert day. For events abroad, it may be delayed when the tickets are usually not pressed until it approaches the concert. You are always guaranteed a ticket to the event on time. The cost of delivery is?

4.2 At last minute delivery we arrange the tickets to be delivered by Nordicbiljett’s representatives near the stadium ABSOLUTELY 2 hours before the event starts.

4.3 Delivery for football tickets abroad takes place by mail or via e-mail, in case of visa, delivered to the customer's hotel or outside the venue on the day of the match being played.

5. Information for football tickets in Europe

Football matches in the major European leagues are often moved in terms of time and / or date. These changes are due to decisions from authorities, federations, broadcasters or clubs and are not possible for Nordicbiljett.com to influence or anticipate. Changes can often be made at short notice. It is the customer's responsibility to check the time and date one week before departure, and the day before departure on the respective team's official website.

Match days / times / changes - Football Premier League / Championship - Football in England Match date and match times are usually determined monthly. A weekend match is played Saturday or Sunday but may in some cases be moved to Monday. A weekly match is played Tuesday or Wednesday, but may in some cases be moved to Thursday.

La Liga - Football in Spain Match date and eve are determined by the Spanish Football Association about two weeks before the match day. A weekend match is usually played Saturday or Sunday. A weekly match is played Tuesday or Wednesday but may in some cases be moved to Thursday.

Ligue 1 - Football in France Match date and match times are usually determined two to three weeks before the match. A match is usually played Saturday or Sunday and may in some cases be moved to Friday. In rare cases, a match can also be placed on another weekday.

Bundesliga - Football in Germany Match date and match times are usually determined two to six weeks before the match. A match is usually played Saturday or Sunday and may in some cases be moved to Friday. In rare cases, a match can also be placed on another weekday.

The reason for the recommendations is that the TV companies, authorities or clubs can move certain matches at short notice. The team's advances in various national and international cups also affect the game schedule. 6. Other Terms of Purchase

We are not a representative of the venue and therefore not responsible for the presentation, implementation, quality or content of the event. Do not forget to make sure that the event has not been cancelled or that the date has changed. Nordicbiljett is not responsible for the events. Purchased tickets are not redeemed. The distance contract law's rules on cancellation rights do not apply to the purchase of event tickets.
