How can you sell tickets to an event that has already been sold?

We buy, exchange and sell tickets on a secondary market. This means that the ticket has already been sold once by the organizer's agent to a company, consumer or assigned a sponsor of the event

How can you pay with Nordic Ticket?

Nordic Ticket accepts the most common payment cards, eg Visa, Mastercard Direct Payment.

Why should I sign up to buy tickets?

It is important for internet purchases to provide the name, address and telephone number for the customer service to be able to contact the customer. Your information is not disclosed to other companies.

Why is there a different price on the ticket than I have paid to you?

We trade in the secondary market, the tickets we provide are already sold once. The price printed on the ticket is the price that was applicable when the ticket was sold in the first place. When sold out and popular events where demand is greater than asset prices are often higher in the secondary market. The price you pay consists largely of the cost and effort required to arrange so-called hard-access tickets to you.

Can I cancel my purchase?

Bought ticket is not redeemed. All purchases are binding. The distance contract law's rules on cancellation rights do not apply to cultural or sporting events (Chapter 2, section 11), nor for commencement of services or products with best-before date (§4). Lost tickets are not replaced.

Can I sell my tickets to you?

Contact us at info@nordicbiljett.com. We'll email you back and tell us if we are interested in your tickets. Make sure you have entered all relevant information about the event.

What does single / single place mean?

This means that the places in this category are scattered places. That is, if you buy multiple tickets labeled "single", the places are not allocated together. Single places are therefore much cheaper than regular places that are together.

We are 4 people; can we automatically sit next to each other?

Yes, if there is no single place or single place, then there will be places together. Larger companies can be split into 3 or 4 people in a row depending on the number of tickets.

Can I choose to pick up my tickets at the ticket box?

No, we have no cooperation with arena ticket boxes. On the other hand, we offer most events a service where we have staff in place who hand over ordered tickets. If you choose this delivery method, you will be informed in good time about a meeting place in connection with the venue.

Is it sure that the tickets you sell are genuine?

Yes, all tickets that passed Nordic's control are guaranteed to be genuine! Should any technical error occur at the arena, call us +46707817870 and we will assist you at the venue.

Why can’t I see which location I will be assigned when ordering?

Normally we divide the seats into three different categories. We base the categorization on our own and our customers' previous experiences from different venues. If you have any special requests or want more detailed, please feel free to contact our customer service. You can then get a detailed specification, but for the sake of privacy and safety, we never leave exact chair numbers before ordering.

When will my tickets I have ordered?

The billing on your account are made directly. This means that as soon as the ticket is paid, we can guarantee your place to the event. Orders are expedited in turn and after match of type and number. In case of high demand, delivery may be delayed. Delivery will take place no later than the same week as the event takes place.

What does last-minute delivery mean, on the day of the event?

You get your purchased tickets at a venue which is adjacent to the current venue. We will contact you before with information about exact location and time.
